A pilot turned model and now an actor, Diwakar Pundir has experienced the realms of flying as high as a bird yet shine on the ground like a star. The actor, who won Graviera Mr. India, was also seen in popular soaps like Parivaar, Santaan and more and recently on blockbuster movie, Don. The actor is now returning to the small screen with yet another unconventional role on Star Plus's Maryada - Lekin Kab Tak.

Playing the role of Shubhankar Singh in the show, he will be the lawyer to Devyani and help her get a divorce from Brahmanand. A young and suave lawyer that he will play, his wits and charm will turn and twist the story revolving around the 4 women in the house.

Excited about the new role, Diwakar said, “I am very excited about the role as Shubhankar has a lot of shades to his character and essaying it as against Brahmanand would be very challenging. The show has been quite promising in its initiative in showcasing realities of life and I am glad to essay a prime role in the show.”
