The woman who runs her household with an iron hand, Mrs. Bindeshwari Kaushik of Zee TV’s Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein is quite a fun loving lady in real life. Sounds, unbelievable, but the strict saas of Lovely, Mrs. Kaushik aka Vibha Chibber, apparently loves to dance. She just can’t stop herself when popular film songs are playing. So when Vibha found out that Usha Nadkarni (Savita Tai from Pavitra Rishta) was apprehensive about enacting the role of a Don and dancing at the Zee Rishtey Awards function, she worked her charm managed to convince Usha ji.

Just when the creative team was all set to change the act, they were astonished to find Usha ji totally comfortable with her steps after the initial rehearsals. The act was titled Kaun Hai Zee Ka Asli Don and had Usha Nadkarni dressed as Gabbar Singh of Sholay along with Vibha Chibber. They stole the show with their performances on Aali Re and Jalebi Bai respectively. The crowd went berserk with their hoots, applause and the actors received many compliments post the act.

Usha Nadkarni said, “It’s all thanks to Vibha. I am not very comfortable with stage acts but during this act I had so much fun that I am already looking forward to the next ZRA.”

Vibha had another surprise in store for her after she managed the herculean task of convincing Usha ji. Seeing her fervour for dance, the creative team gave her two performances at the award ceremony. The other act was with her on-screen Family.

The event will be televised on Sunday, 18th December at 8 PM on Zee TV.
